The work in Houston was based out of GTech Hiltech, our North American sales, service and distribution centre, and involved overhauling centrifuges. |
The decanter for the Timor oil rig was stripped, repaired and reassembled on land at the Baker Hughes mud plant in Darwin under a tight timeframe due to the imminent departure of a boat to the Ensco 104 oil rig off the coast of Timor. Our service technician then went out to the rig by helicopter to oversee the installation of the repaired decanter.
