Latest ProjectJuly 2010 GTech Bellmor's latest project was a 12 Tonne/hr ovine, bovine and porcine rendering plant for South Canterbury By Products in Timaru, New Zealand. The plant which was commissioned in late 2009 uses equipment predominantly designed and manufactured by GTech Bellmor in their Christchurch factory. Equipment supplied and manufactured included:
The well designed process yields high quality tallow and meal. GTech Bellmor carried out all the installation and commissioning work related to the operation of the supplied equipment. This included steam, water, tallow and odour pipe work. The plant uses a state of the art electrical control system which enables the plant to be completely controlled and managed remotely via a secure internet connection if required. |
